Why do people wait until death, or until other people are dying to say, “Oh, I should have,” or, “I wish I could have,” or, “I should have made an allowance for that moment in time”?

I allowed myself to go to Tim Hortons.
I allowed myself to buy coffee and go to Costco

I allowed myself to go on vacations in many different places

I allowed myself to watch hockey or baseball. I allowed myself to go to the beach, to the mountains, snowshoeing, or whatever it may be on the planet

You allowed yourself to do all these things, but…A lot of people who call themselves Christians; are they really doing exactly as Jesus Christ would have?….

Or

do they fit it inside their schedule and inside their own personality, rather than just presenting and being Jesus?
