He does not want to do anything, has zero energy, yet still craves something exciting
He just wants to sleep all day, every day.
He dreams of a new livelihood , but even getting out of bed feels hard
Cooking, cleaning, showering; everything feels like too much
His mind is full of ideas, but his body is too tired to follow through
It took him a while to understand this is not laziness. It is not even depression
It is functional freeze, emotional burnout from carrying everything alone for years
All he wants right now is a hug and a safe space to feel seen and heard, and to quietly process the pain, the hurt, and the sadness he has been holding underneath it all
He cares for others but since those days of 11 years ago, He remains a walking dead man
