Death took you, and left me with a love that has nowhere to go. How cruel it is to miss someone the world will never return.
I still have a thousand things to tell you, a thousand more to ask, yet, no way to reach you
I keep remembering things I never thought I would miss; unedited moments, the words, the smallest acts of care, the smell of supper or expecting Christmas decorations the day after Thanksgiving ❤️
I would give anything to live one of those moments again, even knowing I would have to lose you all over again… not one single person gets it.. Not one single person understands me
How can I make peace with my world that still has you in its past; every part of me is still trying to find you in the present, and….. I want to go home
Death took your voice, your touch, your place in my life and, that is the cruelest part of losing you: I must carry a love that will never reach you again
